on my way to nr 63 of 100 of Bikram Yoga NYC. I can hear Patrick Lynch's voice already 'What are you doing Deborah? what is that?....DO AS I SAY!!!' lol. Thanks to Bikram yoga, Pole workout and crossfit I'm noticing alot of change in my body mostly in my arms (which i'm loving!) and my butt which has unfortunately shrunk :( i'll have to get on those squats. I'm more dedicated than ever to be in great health, great shape and great spirits :) the first two usually pave way for nr 3 so..so far so good! x
