Peta gets it done! Washington University in St. Louis (WUSTL) has announced that it will stop abusing cats for intubation training exercises in its Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) course

A while back I heard about Washington university in St. Louis and how they teach health care professionals how to intubate on infants using....cats.
I don't get who comes up with this BS in the first place but that's just not cool. I'll let you read the article but this was done to cats as many as 15 times in a row causing bleeding, collapsed lungs or death. How is this different from actually torturing a cat?! freakin psychos running these places.
