Pole dance Workout week 1 & 2!

my first real pole dance lesson! I was SO nervous but it wasnt long before

 lost myself in the music.
In this room you have permission to play and it felt amazing. That song 'Sail' by  Awolnation came on  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JaAWdljhD5o  on and I just couldn't be stopped. each person takes this class for their own reasons. It could be for your self esteem, a gift from/for your loved one...or just for fun.
For me....I wanted to own my sexuality,to move towards my man and KNOW im driving him crazy. It was important for me to FEEL like im in control. im slave to my passion when Im in love and that doesnt always feel good.

 I wanted to be a stroke, a heart attack,the best high of his life.

My badass teacher made a point of saying...."move slow. touch yourself when you're moving...its ok".   It was such a rush to be honest....somewhere along the way, it became less about owning my man, and more about me...which is exactly what I had hoped for....how far can I go? How naughty can i get? I got so high on myself, In the end I was dancing with my eyes closed.

I wasn't worried about who was watching. it wasn't about or for my man....I was in control. it was for me.


So yea...erhm....that was my first real pole dance workout lol. I highly recommend it!
I went straight to a bikram session afterwards where I gasped for air as I twisted my body in less sexy poses. but i didnt pass out yaaaaaaaaaay! lol overall a great day for my body:))

week 2 -class 2

We learned this sexy routine at the end of class which we all did together.The vibe was so electric....there was so much power in that room . I didn't get lost in my own head like the 1st class.I was enjoying watching the other women find their power as they danced. The whole thing is SO erotic because passion is one of those things you cant touch but KNOW is real. So when the female body moves like that...its like giving passion a face, a body....legs, breasts...neck...
Did I mention im falling in love with my body? ♥ 

  the instructor told us to focus on something that fuels us so we could do the routine with an edge.
For me, sex has never been a casual thing. Id only give my body to express to a man... what my words cant. its an extention of my love, my passion, my desire. So I thought of being SO passionately in love, nothing else exists. I thought about being touched, kissed, caressed all over by my love....my hands were his hands as they moved all over my body. ....his eyes drinking my body in as I moved for him. He was the entire room, he was the pole, the floor...he was everywhere.
It was beautiful.
 'Inside my love' by Delilah was one of the songs played and it stayed in my head. I continued building on the routine even after class with the song on repeat. It was like tantric sex....I kept channeling the fire back into my body throughout the day. i went to a Bikram class right after - could just feel my body smiling as I put my body through another workout. I've never had this much fun giving my own body attention. Im falling inlove. everyday ♥
