im Baaaaaack from DC ! Newest addition to Operation #loveyourbody ? pole /exotic dance Workout!

The show on the 29th of june in Washington was AMAZING!
I'll be  posting videos, pics and more but today im super excited about a few things. ONE: back to getting my daily Bikram on. and 2.....I'm adding  pole /exotic dancing workout to my workout program wooohoooooooo!!!

I do know how to get my sexy on BUT i would like to learn some fresh moves! gotta keep it spicy lol and its a great workout so why the doggone not? :)

 if I reaaaally like it (which I suspect I will) I may make Bikram Yoga and Pole/exotic dancing my primary workout with Zumba  about....twice a week and Rock climbing down in chelsea once a week.
Havent gotten a chance to start rock climbing yet. Still waiting on my buddy but honestly, I'm about to just go ahead on my own ! I've always enjoyed rock climbing and am SO pumped to start again!

Operation LOVE YOUR BODY is on full steam!
